Bikes were free and easy to use.

I faced some issues during my visit. The air conditioning in my room was a real pain, either freezing me out or leaving me sweating. The private bathrooms being outside of the rooms certainly lacked privacy. it's a bit awkward when everyone can see you. the pool and hot tub were disappointingly cold, not at all what I needed after a full day of exploring. It would have been a more enjoyable experience had the water been warm enough to really soak in.

i had a fantastic time at the saranda during my solo trip to puerto viejo. the design of the hotel is stunning, and the pool area was my favorite spot to relax. the staff went above and beyond for my birthday, making it an unforgettable experience.

Had a fantastic experience! the owner was so attentive and asked how my stay was, when i mentioned an item went missing, he personally bought a replacement which was above and beyond! also, the shared bathrooms were unexpectedly clean and i never had to wait, felt really secure too.

Saranda Boutique Hotel is a tranquil oasis surrounded by lush greenery. I enjoyed waking up to the enchanting sounds of birds and having a phenomenal breakfast made with fresh, local ingredients. The staff, especially Ian, made every effort to ensure we felt at home, creating a truly warm and inviting atmosphere.

Loved the room, super comfy bed! The private terrace was a nice touch, perfect for morning coffee. Space is a bit small but practical. I didn't mind sharing the bathroom. they were kept clean! I had such a great stay at Saranda Boutique Hotel!
